James was educated at University of Sydney, where he gained degrees in Pure Mathematics and Law. He has spent 12 years in the online industry and during that time has overseen the deployment of some of the largest web builds undertaken in the Australian market place including substantial builds on the Ninemsn Network, The Encyclopaedia Britannica Australia website, the Law and Justice Foundation Website, The Macmillan Publishers Australia Website , the Virgin Broadband website and the full suite of Sanitarium websites.

James has also managed the build of some of the largest software engines developed in the Australian market including the edDesk content Management system, Enterdraw Software System and Media Kit Builder software.

James has held a variety of senior management positions in the Internet and IT industry over the last 8 years and brings extensive experience in business strategy, business growth management and HR Strategies.

Tom serves as Sales & Marketing Director for the Australian division of First Rate. Tom started his career as a direct response copywriter, then progressed to holding senior sales and marketing roles in the United States and New Zealand. He has specialised in online marketing since 1996, with emphasis on search engine marketing, permission email and loyalty marketing.

Raphael serves as Senior Account Manager for First Rate, driving our client relationships and growth. Raphael started his online marketing career with PermissionCorp in 2004, where he served as Senior Business Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand. During his time at PermissionCorp, Raphael specialised in Permission Email, Display Marketing, Online Research and Loyalty Programs, and developed commercial relationships with dozens of Fortune 500 clients and key Advertising and Media agencies.

Mark manages the delivery of client projects. He works closely with the marketing team to deliver on the strategic objectives for each project.

Mark started his online career as a developer in 1994, with early work including BBC, HP and Sony. From 1999 he worked for Microsoft's MSN in London, managing the rollout of MSN sites to 22 countries in 24 languages. Other work includes online marketing for Microsoft Australia and Lexis Nexis, working in Seattle to overhaul the tracking of marketing spend for Microsoft globally, and consulting to the NSW Government and a range of ecommerce startups. Mark is a certified Prince 2 practitioner.
